Bring your neighborhood plat or land survey with all the necessary information to the design meeting, as well as any covenants or architectural guidelines for the area.
Understanding your needs
During the initial consultation, the designer will go over your desired criteria and style preferences in detail. The more aware of your needs and requests, the better we can design the perfect home for you!
When do you plan to start construction?
The design process of your dream home should not be rushed – typically allow 4-6 months for a custom plan to be completed.
